Scott Jester of Rainbow of Challenges talked a little about the Community Coffee, “Rainbow of Challenges has always been involved in community coffees. They are so important to what we do, engaging the public. Community Coffees bring together folks from every corner of town and gives us an opportunity to catch up on family, the kids and how everyone is doing,” Jester said. 

Executive Director of the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce said, “I love ROC and what they do in the community. All of my children have been at their facility, and it has been great for them. I am proud of what Rainbow of Challenges has accomplished, the way they help families and look forward to what is in store for this year,” Burns said.
