Press Release

LITTLE ROCK – Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge is standing alongside attorneys general from across America today taking their case against President Biden’s illegal vaccine mandates for large employers and healthcare workers all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Arkansas joined 26 states in urging that the Supreme Court block Biden’s overreaching mandates.

“As Attorney General, I have always stood against federal overreach and took immediate action when the Biden Administration forced the illegal OSHA and CMS vaccine mandates on American workers,” said Attorney General Rutledge. “These illegal mandates make Arkansas and our workforce decide between taking a shot or losing jobs."

The two cases that the Supreme Court heard today Ohio v. Dept. of Labor, No. 21A244 and Biden v. Missouri, No. 24A240.
