FAYETTEVILLE - Arkansas’ Saturday kickoff and tip-off times got set Sunday for the Razorbacks SEC football game, 11 a.m., against the Missouri Tigers in Columbia, Mo. and the Razorbacks basketball game, 5 p.m. at Walton Arena against David Lipscomb University.
Arkansas, 3-5, and Mizzou, 4-3 will kick off at 11 a.m. Saturday televised on the SEC Network at Mizzou’s Faurot Field, the same, time, TV network and location set for last Saturday until the game had to be postponed because the Razorbacks’ roster was reduced to under SEC protocol because of positive covid-19 tests and quarantines from contact tracing.
Coach Sam Pittman’s Razorbacks were to play No. 1 Alabama, 8-0, this Saturday at Reynolds Razorback Stadium but that game likely will be played Dec. 12.
Alabama this Saturday will play LSU, a game postponed earlier this season because of LSU’s roster shortage from positive covid-tests, while Pittman’s Hogs visit Mizzou.
Avoiding a conflict with football, Coach Eric Musselman’s Razorbacks basketball team will tip off at 5 p.m. Saturday against David Lipscomb.
Saturday’s basketball game will be Internet video available on SEC Network-Plus and broadcast as are all Razorbacks football and basketball games on the Razorbacks Radio Network.
Musselman’s Razorbacks, 2-0, next play at 8 p.m. Wednesday on SEC Network television hosting the University of Texas-Arlington Mavericks, 1-2, at Walton Arena.
