Utility Work Requires Temporary Rolling Roadblock on Interstate 30 near Arkadelphia

CLARK COUNTY (7-10) – Utility work near Arkadelphia will require a temporary rolling roadblock on Interstate 30, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews, with the support of law enforcement officers, will create a rolling roadblock for both eastbound and westbound traffic on Interstate 30 near mile marker 73 on Sunday, July 12 for approximately 10 minutes sometime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. This roadblock will allow utility workers to place a communication cable across Interstate 30.

Traffic will be controlled by law enforcement. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov. You can also follow us on Twitter @myARDOT.
