Blossoms at Prescott announces winners of the 2025 Chili Cook-Off and plans exciting changes for next year’s event

(Prescott, AR) –The Blossoms at Prescott Rehab and Nursing Center is proud to announce the winners of the 2nd annual Blossoms Chili Cook Off.  After tasting a variety of chilies brought by representatives of local businesses and individuals, there was an increase in participants under the age of fifteen.  In a blind tasting the Prescott Fire Department was able, after some deliberation, to call as follows. In first place Doug Ozment, Doug is a chef employed by and representing BigMac’s Barbeeque in Hope AR.  In second place Macie Young and in third place Jessica Frazier.  Jessica is an employee of The Blossoms at Prescott and this is her second year to enter the competition and first to place.

The Blossoms at Prescott congratulates the 2025 Blossom Chili Cook Off winners and looks forward to next year’s competition, which will include an under-18 division with its own set of prizes.

At The Blossoms our mission is to provide individualized, patient-centered care, focused on complete physical and emotional well-being. By engaging in community-centered activities like these our residents more fully experience being part of the greater community they call home.
