Blue Jays Improve to 2-0 in Conference
Mineral Springs- The Nevada Blue Jays are sitting at 2-0 in league play after a 17-10 win over the Hornets on Tuesday night. Nevada began conference with a 7-3 win over Blevins and followed that up with an explosion of runs to beat Mineral Springs. 

Collin Nelson picked up the win on the mound for Coach Rhodes, as he struck out 10 batters and scattered 6 hits and 2 ER. Ayden Pennington came in relief and finished the game for Nevada. 

Nevada banged out 10 hits and drew a dozen walks, as they crowded the basepaths all game. Justin Myrick, Collin Nelson, and Riley Wall each had multi-hit games. Wall led the Jays with 4 RBI and Nelson drove in 3 runs. James Harcrow smashed a double, Kadden Dowdle and Brandon Wilson each had singles. 

Nevada is back in action vs Mt. Ida.
