Blue Jays Soar Past Bradley 64-30, Claim Spot in State Tourney
Emerson- Nevada entered the Regional Tournament with a 1-seed attached to them and they took care of business like a 1-seed should, playing good defense, and getting a lead built early, cruising to a 64-30 win.

"We talked about the game being win or go home. Our guys weren't going to let it be us that went home. We're here. We're going to play our best, and we feel like our best is enough to win this tournament and the next one too," Coach Eddie Beck said afterward.

Senior Keyonte Wingfield led the Jays in scoring with 15 points. Wingfield also added four rebounds and four assists. Tre King poured in 10 points including a pair of threes. Hurk Burns scored 10 points and brought down five rebounds, as he played a huge role on Wednesday night. Burns said, "We've been talking win or go home, and we just want to keep playing."

Kobe Hughey finished with eight points and seven rebounds. Monti Mixon had seven points, six boards, and Taco Roberson added five points. Kyle Jackson scored four, Jordyn Harris added three, and D2 scored two.

Nevada awaits the winner of Kirby and Bearden for their semi-final match on Friday night at 8:30.
