Ms. Brandy L. Morman, age 40 of Fulton, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born May 15, 1981 to Theresa Morman and David Pedder, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Brandy was funny, tender-hearted and kind, and lived life on her own terms. She was passionate about the ones she cared about and had a special place in her heart for her granny.  She loved watching General Hospital, trying new recipes, shopping, going on “road trips” with mom and sister. She also loved fishing and going to the lake, just to be around the water. Brandy is preceded in death by her “Daddy” Mike Smith, and a brother, Christopher Morman.

Those left to cherish her memory: her father, David Pedder of Huntsville, TX; mom, Terry and step-dad Bern Piggee of Hope, AR; special life partner, John Holt; Grandmother, Bobby King of Fulton, AR; Grandfathers, Lawrence Mendoza of Angleton, TX and Andrew Piggee of Lockesburg, AR. 2 brothers, David Pedder III and Bryson Pedder, both of Orange, TX; 4 sisters, Latisa Valdez (Greg) of Orange, TX, Candice Sleeman (Jeremy) of Bridge City, TX, Keri Perez (Pierce) and Kimberly Loudermilk, both of Hope, AR. 4 nieces, Nadia Perez, Maekaylee Hilliard, Kaitlyn Pedder and special niece Felicia Marsh; 9 nephews, Damien Perez, Anthony “A.J.” Perez, Hunter Pietrowicz, Brayedon Hilliard, Kayson Hilliard, Hayden Sleeman, Lane Sleeman, Westin Sleeman, Eli Pedder. Uncles, Tracy King, Billy Clayton (Tania), and Cleveland Piggee; Aunts, Wilma Boles and Jennifer Bryant. Her beloved fur babies and a host of friends, family and special cousins.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 15, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home. Bro. Cleveland Piggee to officiate.
