Charles Ronald “Ronnie” Carlton of Emmet, AR passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022.

Ronnie was born May 2, 1952 in Hope, AR to Charles Norman Carlton and Narvelle Waters Carlton. Ronnie was a loving husband, brother, father, and grandfather and an avid outdoorsman. Ronnie retired 28 years from the Arkansas Highway Department.

Ronnie is preceded by his parents.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Vicki Carlton; 2 sons, Cody Carlton and Randall Stone; 2 daughters, Tara Gaines and Brandi McKamie; a brother, Bobby (Dawn) Carlton; 5 grandchildren, Charley Carlton, Chloe Carlton, Jaci McKamie, Toby Lee Craig, Hannah Stone; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for family and friends will be scheduled at a later date.
