Doyle D. Gathright,94, of Hope, AR passed away July 1, 2021, in Texarkana, TX.

Doyle was born June 4, 1927, in Saratoga, AR to Walter and Lena Morris Gathright.  

He was a retired from the maintenance department at Ideal Cement Company, A United States Army Veteran, and member of the Masonic Lodge and New Hope Baptist Church.

Doyle was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter Judy Bowers.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Stout Gathright; two stepsons Thomas Hamilton and Bobby Hamilton.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 3, 2021, 12:00 am to 1:30 pm at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.  Graveside services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Westmoreland Cemetery with Bro. Neal Ridling officiating, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
