Mr. Hulbert Howard Flesher, age of Hope, Arkansas passed away Saturday July 22, 2022. He was born September 1, 1931, in De Ann Arkansas, to Hubert and Eve Beck Flesher. He worked at the Feed Mill at the age of sixteen and  joined the United Sates Air Force where he served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars receiving numerous medals and the Bronze Star for his valor during combat in Vietnam. He served along with his two brothers Bill and Bob Flesher. He retired after 20 years of service to the Air Force and moved back to Hope, Arkansas to take care of his parents and went to work for Roberts Electric for ten years. Howard Flesher was married 72 years to Eva J Yates Flesher. he is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
Survivors include: son Ricky Howard Flesher of Hope, Arkansas, three daughters, Carolyn Kay Rush, Hope, Arkansas Jayne Carol Cox, Hope, Arkansas, Debra Sue Foster of The Villages, Florida. He was the second oldest out of three children, brother David Flesher, sister Florence Lombardo both of Hope, Arkansas, eight grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a host of friends.
Visitation will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday July 27, 2022 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Street Hope, Arkansas 71801
Funeral service will be 10:00am Thursday July 28, 2022, at Brazzel Oakcrest with Bro. Eric Barbaree officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with military honors.
