James “Jimmy” David O’Dell, 61, of Hope passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022.

Jimmy was born December 26, 1960 to Dora O’Dell and David O’Dell in Ft. Worth, TX.  

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, Dora Louise O’Dell Rhodes and David O’Dell; a brother, Andy O’Dell; and a sister, Nancy O’Dell.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Jackie O’Dell; children; Daniel and Rachael Smillie, Trayla and Marcus Jackson, Allysia and Jeremy Hunter, Sarah and TJ Landes, Braden Hurt and special friend Karlie, Brooke and Andrew Miller; grandchildren, Graycee, Callie, Bailey, Kyler, Zayla, Bo, James, Cooper; sisters, Kaye and John Martin, Becky Rednour, Belinda Godfrey, Teresa and Tony Smithdorf; a sister-in-law, Teresa O’Dell; and several nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Memorial Service is scheduled 2:00pm Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Bobo officiating.
