Tiffany Sivley Delcarmen, age 33 of Rosston, Arkansas gained her angel wings on Monday, September 13, 2021 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was born February 9, 1988 in Abilene, Texas to Tim and Chandi Sivley. Tiffany was a sweet, caring person, but above all, was a loving, devoted mother and wife. Family meant everything to her, especially her children. She brought a special light into this world, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Fidel Delcarmen of Rosston, AR; three sons, Conner, Austin and Hunter; daughter, Sophia; mother, Chandi Bassett, husband Jason of Rosston, AR; father, Tim Sivley of Ballinger, TX; two brothers, Justin Sivley (Chelsie) of Ballinger, TX, Michael Harris (Ary) of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Heather Herrera (Antonio) of Abilene, TX; numerous other family and friends.

There will be no public visitation.

A Chapel service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 14, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home, 1001 S. Main, Hope, AR 71801. Bro. Ed Phillips will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made towards funeral expenses.
