WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) encourages Arkansans to participate in Arkansas Take Back on Saturday, April 30 to get expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs out of their homes.
“Drug take-back programs are an important tool to combat prescription drug abuse. We all have a responsibility in getting these medications off the streets and out of the hands of our family, friends and neighbors who might misuse them accidentally or intentionally. I’m proud to continue my long-time support for Arkansas Take Back and other initiatives to combat the opioid epidemic and ultimately save lives,” Boozman said.
