Cablelynx Broadband welcomed Chamber members, local business owners and community leaders this morning for the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee celebrating 25 years of providing hometown internet service to the Hope area.
While the company has served Southwest Arkansas for decades through its telecommunications services, the event focused on the 25-year milestone of bringing hometown internet to local homes and businesses. Guests gathered to celebrate the occasion while enjoying fellowship, refreshments and learning more about the company’s continued commitment to keeping the community connected.
Guests were greeted with a fun “Summerween” theme, putting a summertime twist on Cablelynx’s traditional October Halloween Community Coffee. Bright seasonal décor welcomed visitors as they mingled, caught up with friends and fellow Chamber members, and celebrated the company’s milestone.
One of the morning’s highlights was an eye-catching bagel bar that looked almost too pretty to eat. Fresh tomatoes, shaved deli meats, cheeses, avocado, cucumber and an assortment of flavored spreads gave guests plenty of options, while sweet and savory fruits rounded out the menu. The charcuterie display drew plenty of compliments, with pepperoni delicately rolled into rose shapes among the meats and cheeses, making the presentation just as impressive as the food itself.
Coffee and fruit punch were available throughout the morning, but the matcha green tea attracted plenty of attention. The unique drink prompted some guests to give it a try, with reactions ranging from enthusiastic approval to good-natured uncertainty, making it one of the morning’s biggest conversation starters.
Representatives with Cablelynx welcomed attendees and thanked the community for its continued support throughout the years. They shared their appreciation for the customers, businesses and community partners who have helped make the company a trusted hometown provider while looking ahead to continuing that tradition for years to come.
