On June 1, 2021, at approximately 11:00 am, The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department arrested Mahogany Palmer, 22-year-old female, in the parking lot of the Baymont Inn located at 5100 North Stateline Avenue Texarkana, Arkansas. Ms. Palmer was wanted for Capital Murder and felony Theft of Property over $25,000. Ms. Palmer was taken to the Miller County Jail. No information on a bond currently.
