Dr. Christine Holt, new chancellor for the University of Arkansas at Hope-Texakana, has become a member of the Hope Lions Club.

She was inducted by Lion Dr. Don Freel, and told the club that, having she has been in Hope for three months and visited all the local civic organizations, she decided to join the Lions Club.

"I had to join the largest Lions Club in the state," Holt said.

The Hope Lions Club welcomes Lion Holt to the Hope Lions family.
