HOPE – The first Parent/Teacher Conference Night of the year for the campuses of the Hope Public Schools will be largely a virtual or drive through event.
Parent/Teacher conferences will be conducted by all campuses Thursday, Oct. 21, between 3:30-7:30 p.m. Classes will be dismissed early on Oct. 21.
Students will not be in class Friday, Oct. 22, but will return to school on Monday, Oct. 25.
Parent/Teacher conference schedules by campus include:
ABC PreK – Parents’ choice of conferences by Zoom or telephone with specific appointment times. Progress reports will be sent home with students on Wednesday, Oct. 20.
CLINTON PRIMARY SCHOOL – Teachers will contact parents to set appointment times for Zoom virtual, telephone, drive-through or in person meeting of parent’s choice.
BERYL HENRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – Drive-through format will be divided between 5t grade at front office entrance and 6th grade at bus line entrance.
YERGER MIDDLE SCHOOL – Virtual conferences will be conducted by Zoom meeting. Meeting links will be emailed to students and posted on the YMS Facebook page.
HOPE ACADEMY OF PUBLIC SERVICE – Student-led virtual conference times will be arranged by each student’s advisor.
HOPE HIGH SCHOOL – Virtual conferences will be conducted for all students.
CREATIVE ACTION TEAM SCHOOL – Conferences will be conducted on campus during announced hours and report cards will be delivered at that time.
