Yavonte Nolen, 26, of Prescott, AR
Mr. Nolen was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of crime, fleeing on foot, and served 2 foreign warrant services and a failure to appear warrant.

Wednesday, November 11
10:10am in the 300 block of S. Washington
Monteriez Kendricks, 18, of Hope, AR
Mr. Kendricks was arrested and charged with breaking or entering.

Thursday, November 12
7:16pm in the 700 block of S. Fulton
Luis Valenzuela, 44, of Odessa, TX
Mr. Valenzuela was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, expired tags, and improper turn.

Saturday, Novmber 14
12:35am in the 700 block of E. 3rd
Manuel Retana, 38, of Hope, AR
Mr. Retana was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and theft by receiving.

11:30am in the 500 block of Columbia
Francisco Mendoza, 21, of Hope, AR
Mr. Mendoza was arrested and charged with 3 counts of delivery of methamphetamine and 3 counts of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) near certain facilities.

10:25pm in the 1200 block of W. Avenue C
Misael Leon, 21, of Hope, AR
Mr. Leon was arrested and charged with obstructing government operations, theft of property, battery in the 3rd degree, and served a failure to appear warrant.

Sunday, November 16
3:51pm in the 300 block of S. Washington
Lara Alfredo, 34, of Hope, AR
Mr. Alfredo was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
