On October 20, 2021 at approximately 10:59pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Leonardo Pena, 27, of Hope, AR and 2 counts of criminal mischief in the 1st degree, domestic battery in 2nd degree, and domestic battery in the 3rd degree.  The arrest occurred in the 400 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Pena was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

1:45am in the 800 block of N. Main
Demarian Williams, 28, of Texarkana, AR
Mr. Williams was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on suspended license, and no insurance.

3:27am in the 400 block of S. Washington
Keshia Loudermilk, 34, of Hope, AR
Ms. Loudermilk was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

7:13am in the 800 block of S. Main
Stanley Potts, 22, of Hope, AR
Mr. Potts was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

11:19am in the 2000 block of S. Main 
Jessica Batton, 33, of Hope, AR
Ms. Batton was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.
