All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On January 11, 2021 at approximately 2:15pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Joshua Fincher, 35, of Prescott, AR and charged him with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of N. Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Fincher was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On January 18, 2021 at approximately 8:15am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Arlice Pettit Jr., 34, of Hope, AR and charged him with domestic battery in the 3rd degree, aggravated assault on a family member, and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of Park Drive in Hope, AR. Pettit was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Dudley was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Joshua Fincher, 35, of Prescott, AR
Mr. Fincher was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mario Courtney, 32, of Hope, AR
Mr. Courtney was arrested and charged with battery in the 3rd degree, criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, obstructing government operations, and served a foreign warrant service.

Steven Tucker, 44, of Hope, AR
Mr. Tucker was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Savannah Voss, 23, of Hope, AR
Ms. Voss was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd degree, driving left of center, driving on suspended driver’s license, and possession of open container containing alcohol in a motor vehicle.
