MEDIA RELEASE:

On April 3, 2022 at approximately 3:55pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Joshua Fincher, 36, of Little Rock, AR. Mr. Fincher was charged parole violation and served a failure to comply warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of Commerce Blvd. in Hope, AR. Fincher was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

March 29, 2022
3:11pm in the 1600 block of N. Hervey
Michael Cowen, 52, of Zachary, LA
Mr. Cowen was arrested and charged with public intoxication- drinking in public.

March 31, 2022
8:00pm in the 400 block of S. Laurel
Justin Reppo, 33, of Hope, AR
Mr. Reppo was arrested and charged with driving on suspended drivers license, obstructing government operations, and served a failure to appear warrant and 2 foreign warrants.
