ARRESTS:

On September 7, 2021 at approximately 7:08pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tredrick Holt, 30, of Little Rock, AR and charged him with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of credit card or debt card.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Holt was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On September 8, 2021 at approximately 10:54am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Nikorean Muldrow, 21, of Hope, AR and charged him with terroristic act.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Muldrow was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance

On September 8, 2021 at approximately 12:55pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Clifford Witherspoon, 58, of Hope, AR and charged him with arson and aggravated assault.  The arrest occurred in the 900 block of East Greenwood St. in Hope, AR. Witherspoon was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On September 9, 2021 at approximately 9:46am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jay Pruitt, 32, of Byrant, AR and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.  The arrest occurred in the 2400 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Pruitt was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance

On September 10, 2021 at approximately 2:34am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Cameron Rhodes, 20, of Hope, AR and charged him with public intoxication drinking in public and aggravated assault. The arrest occurred on Hopewell Loop in Hope, AR. Rhodes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance

On September 12, 2021 at approximately 6:45pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Melinda Jones, 50, of Arkadelphia, AR and charged her with theft of property, driving on suspended license for DWI, terroristic threatening in the 1st degree, and served a foreign warrant service.  The arrest occurred in the 2400 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Jones was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On September 12, 2021 at approximately 7:48pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Matthew West Jr., 34, of Hope, AR and charged him with terroristic threatening in the 1st degree.  The arrest occurred in the 600 block of West 6th St. in Hope, AR. West was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Clinton Fifer, 40, of Hope, AR
Mr. Fifer was arrested and charged with domestic assault in the 3rd degree and terroristic threatening in the 2nd degree.

7:08pm in the 300 block of S. Washington
Tredrick Holt, 30, of Little Rock, AR
Mr. Holt was arrested and charged with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of credit card.

8:56pm in the 3000 block of Country Club Lane
Brandon Bennett, 39, of Ashdown, AR
Mr. Bennett was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

Mr. Muldrow was arrested an charged with terroristic act.

12:55pm in the 900 block of E. Greenwood
Clifford Witherspoon, 58, of Hope, AR
Mr. Witherspoon was arrested and charged with arson, aggravates assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a failure to appear warrant.

Mr. Pruitt was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

2:07am in the 500 block of E. 5th
John Wesley, 32, of Hope, AR
Mr. Wesley was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

2:34am in the Hopewell Loop
Cameron Rhodes, 20, of Hope, AR
Mr. Rhodes was arrested and charged with public intoxication and aggravated assault.

Edgar Fraire, 24, of Hope, AR
Mr. Fraire was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public and aggravated assault.

6:45pm in the 2400 block of N. Hervey
