HWL’s office will close at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 instead of 4:00 p.m. for an employee meeting.  The drive-thru will be closed as well.  If you have a water or electric emergency please call 870-777-3000.  If you need to pay your utility bill, please use the kiosk located inside the first double doors.  You can also mail your payment to P.O. Box 2020, Hope, AR 71802, pay your bill by using SmartHub with one of your electronic devices or you call 870-777-3000 to pay over the telephone.
