Labor Day Collision

At approximately 5:18 pm Hope Central Dispatch received a call in reference to an accident at the intersection of East Third Street and Rosston Road.

According to preliminary reports, a late model Range Rover was traveling south out of the Piggly Wiggly parking lot onto Rosston Road when the driver seemingly failed to yield at a stop sign.

A late model Honda Accord that was traveling west on East Third Street struck the Ranger Rover on the driver's side.

There were two occupants in each automobile. The occupants of the Honda were both transported to a local hospital by Pafford Emergency Services and no injuries were reported for the occupants of the Range Rover.

Both vehicles were towed by West Towing Service and Red River Wrecker Service respectfully. The Hope Fire Department was on the scene to assist if needed. The accident is being investigated by The Hope Police Department.
