Lady Bears Erase 18-Point Deficit to Lady Cougars to Complete Epic Comeback Win
Spring Hill- The Lady Bears were down 30-12 in the 2nd quarter, as Lafayette Co. could not miss early on in the game. Coach Kizer called a timeout and the rest of the game was all Lady Bears. The defense clamped down and limited Lafayette to just 12 points in the second half, as Spring Hill outscored them by 15 points last half to win the game. After the game Livi Tyree spoke on the big comeback win, "Second half we came out, knocked some shots down and we fought through the adversity, we came back and did what we needed to do."

The Lady Bears shot 44% from the field Tuesday, and made some big time shots late in the game, including two back-to-back 3's from Tyree in the fourth quarter. Lafayette did a good job of getting offensive rebounds, as they had the size advantage, but late in the game Tyree, Ava McBrayer, and  Kenzie Thompson all had big rebounds for Spring Hill. McBrayer was very impressive late in the game, as she fought through a lot of pain and stayed in to finish the game out. Great defense to finish the game out for the Bears.
