Hope, AR – Workforce Coordinator, Lori Thompson from ROC’s The Bridge Workforce Services, reveals a program success. Thompson reports that program participant Chad Sullivan was voted Employee of the Month for January 2021 at Hope Super Station Exxon. Manager, Angela Brazell states “Chad is a hard worker and does anything he is asked to do.” Along with his certificate, Chad will receive a $25.00 Walmart gift card and a free meal at the Waffle House. Congratulations Chad from your ROC family!
In October of 2020, two Bridge participants, Chad and Josh, began participating in job sharing employment at Hope Super Station-Exxon. They work two days a week each, to fill one position for the company. Brazell states that “it has been a joy to work with both of them.”
