ROC has been proud each year to provide many volunteers who put together luminaries for Christmas and Candlelight and cleaned up the park during Park Day. Said ROC Staffer Kelly Bass, "Doing this every year has been one of the activities the group looks forward to the most. I find so much joy in being able to take them."
