Saints Drop Tough Game to CMA, Jr. Saints Collect Win
Hope- It was a tall order for the GMCS Saints on Friday night, as they welcomed in CMA, which has won multiple state championships lately. Perhaps the best team they will face all season, as they fell in a hard-fought loss 69-24. Hooks Brown led the way in scoring with 13 pionts. Ben Martin had 4 points and 4 rebounds, while Brandy Edwards scored 3 points, and Levi Burns and Will Lauterbach each scored 2 points. Kason Flowers and Jason Stockton each had a couple rebounds and an assist. 

In the Jr. Boys game, GMCS shot the ball very well, as they hit some big 3-pointers late in the game to extend their lead. Matthew Garcia and Micah Nipper each scored 10 points for the Saints. Garcia added 5 rebounds, 1 block, 1 steal, and 1 assist. Haze Brown and Slade Tullis each had 4 points. Tullis added 4 boards and Chase Sundberg and Will Lauterbach each had 2 rebounds.
