HOPE/TEXARKANA, AR – April 16, 2021

The University of Arkansas at Hope-Texarkana is proud to announce that Seth Welch has been awarded the Honors Scholarship to attend the College. This award is $2,400 per academic year. Welch is a graduate of Lafayette County High School. He is the son of Autumn and Johnny Welch. Seth plans to pursue a degree in industrial electricity at UAHT.
