As you may know from recent post, Sgt. Dusty Townsend was recently awarded the Hope Police  Department’s Officer of the Year Award as well as being recognized by local State  Representative Danny Watson.  

On Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, Sgt. Townsend attended the 2023 Arkansas Attorney General  Conference in Benton, AR after having been nominated for Officer of the Year for the State of  Arkansas.  

During this conference, Sgt. Townsend was selected as Officer of the Year for the Southwest  Region of Arkansas.
