At approximately 7 p.m. this evening, Hope Central Dispatch received a call in reference to a residential fire at 5800 Highway 29 South. 

Upon arrival, fire officials observed that the structure was totally engulfed in flames. The residence was occupied by a mother and her two sons. Although the home was a total loss, no injuries were reported.

Patmos & Spring Hill Volunteer Fire Departments were on scene to try and maintain the blaze. Hempstead County Sheriff Deputies and Pafford EMS were also on scene for safety precautions.
