There will be a soft opening for the new Hempstead County Courthouse next week. Before the final move and the new courthouse opens, guided tours will be available for the public on March 1st and 2nd next week. The daytime tours are available Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 3pm and the evening tours are available on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Anyone can come down during those times next week and get a sneak peek of the new Hempstead County Courthouse.
