HCEDC new office manager & Program coordinator
The Hempstead County Economic Development Corporation recently named Brandi Tuttle as the new office manager and program coordinator. Tuttle has owned and operated a local boutique known as LK’S Closet since 2011. Tuttle has over a decade of business experience in Hope/Hempstead County. 

“I am honored to work with Anna, the City of Hope and Hempstead County in promoting and developing Southwest Arkansas,” said Tuttle. “I am always up for a challenge and can’t wait to see where this journey will lead me.” 

Brandi was born and raised in Hope, Arkansas. She is the mother to Blane, Rhett, and Liley Kay Tuttle. They attend church at Bethany Baptist Church. When she isn’t working, you can find her supporting her kids, which will most likely be at a sporting event. Brandi is a very outgoing person and loves to not only spend time with her family and friends but invest her time back into others. She still continues to run LKS Closet on Facebook and also has a booth located at Downtown Market in Hope. “Not all good things have to come to an end, there just has to be an adjustment in the process.” said Brandi.   

“Brandi brings over a decade of small business, retail and social media experience to our team. She is energetic and will be an asset as we grow and develop programming to support business and Industry. Strategically, HCEDC plans to elevate our communications and branding. Brandi will focus on those things in this new role.” Said HCEDC President, Anna Powell.
