Christi Moulton, 28, from Fouke, Arkansas, was booked on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction of Governmental Operations, and a Felony Warrant from Bowie County, Texas.

Dalton Hassler, 36, residing in Hope, Arkansas, faced charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Felony Warrant for Theft from Bowie County, Texas.

Fredrick Thomas, 30, hailing from Hope, Arkansas, was booked on Three Felony Failure to Appear Warrants issued by the Hempstead County Circuit Court.

Adrien Tyrone Smith, 33, a resident of Prescott, Arkansas, was apprehended on a Parole Warrant.

Currently, all four individuals are being held in the Hempstead County Detention facility, awaiting their first court appearance.
