Notice for Nevada County Republican Ballot: Clarifying Changes for JP District 4 Race
Due to an error in the creation of Nevada County Republican ballots for the Preferential Primary, individuals in Ward 4 will receive a Ward 3 JP ballot, and certain areas in Ward 2 will receive a different Ward 2 ballot. This adjustment is necessary because the JP District 4 race was unintentionally omitted from the Ward 4 ballot and added to a portion of the Ward 2 ballots. The purpose of this change is to enable everyone to vote for races in their respective districts and avoid voting for a race outside their district. (THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE REPUBLICAN JP DISTRICT 4 RACE) 

A telephone conference with the Nevada County election commissioners is scheduled for tomorrow at 2 PM at the Nevada County Courthouse to formally adopt the resolution addressing the ballot errors.
