- A special convention of delegates of the St. Francis County Republican Committee shall be held no later than Tuesday, August 6, 2024, for the purpose of filling the vacancy in nomination for the Republican Party nominee for the St. Francis County office of the Justice of the Peace, District 6.
- The period for filing for candidacy as a party candidate with the St. Francis County Clerk for the special convention shall commence at 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 1, 2024. The deadline for filing as a party candidate shall be 12:00 noon on Monday, August 5, 2024.
- Upon approval of a convention by the appropriate County Party Committee for the nominee of the Republican Party for St. Francis County office of the Justice of the Peace, District 6, the St. Francis County Committee for the Republican Party of Arkansas shall provide a certificate of nomination to the St. Francis County Election Commission, and to the St. Francis County Clerk no later than August 7, 2024.
- All of the deadlines and requirements shall be as provided for by the applicable election laws of this State.
