On Saturday, February 22, the Spring Hill Bass Fishing Team competed in the Arkansas Youth Federation Team Trail Tournament on Lake Greeson. Despite freezing temperatures, these young anglers toughed it out to represent their school and gain some points for the year to date standings. We had one team that battled their way into the top ten. The team of Ryan and Brady Whatley showed true grit as they fished their way into 7th place in the Senior High division weighing in a 5 bass limit. Way to go guys. As usual, we are so proud of all of our anglers and their dedication to this team. We are especially thankful for our boat captains who kept our anglers safe this weekend. The Spring Hill Bass Fishing Team has a couple of weeks off, and then we head to Lake Ouachita on March 14th and Lake DeGray on March 15th for our next tournaments.
