The Hope Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at Wal-mart parking lot this afternoon.

Wal-mart employees took precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the fire to other vehicles and ensure safety of their customers before the fire department arrived.

This fire is still in progress, so please use caution if you are in the area. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
